Support time
We will provide you with unlimited live chat and email technical support assistance ("Support Services"), depending on your selected Support plan. The support time begins upon your order is successfully purchased.
Live chat and email support are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (GMT + 7) - excluding weekends and official Vietnam holidays. Support availability may occasionally vary from stated hours due to downtime for systems and server maintenance, company events, and circumstances beyond the control of Us. Support requests will be handled in the order in which they are received.
Support Services will be directly associated with our product license. You will be required to provide the product license and/or Order ID prior to receiving support.
For paid products
- There are 4 Support plans available: 3 months (Free), 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years. Except for the Free plan, you will need to pay a support fee to receive full Support Services for your purchased products. Support fee varies depending on different products.
- Installation support is included for 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years plan only. The free plan DOES NOT include installation support.
For free products
There are 2 Support plans available: Free download (Free) and Premium download.
- Free download: DOES NOT include any Support Services.
- Premium download: including Installation support, Bugfix, and technical support. You will need to pay a Support fee to receive Support Services for your downloaded products. Support fee varies depending on different products.
Extend support
When your Support plan is going to be expired, you will need to extend it to continue receiving Support Services. Extend fee varies depending on different products.

Termination
You may terminate the Terms at any time by closing your account, discontinuing your use of this Site and providing Us with a notice of termination.
